Refund & Return Policy

Visitor-Initiated Cancellation

  • All bookings are considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
  • Visitors may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled safari date / check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the safari or check-in date are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be issued in case of No-Show or late arrival beyond the reporting time.
 

Refund Process

    • Eligible cancellations will receive a 90% refund of the total booking amount.
    • 10% will be deducted as an administrative / processing fee.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
    • The management shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

 

Department-Initiated Cancellation

The management reserves the right to cancel any safari or room booking under the following circumstances:

  • Adverse or unsafe weather conditions
  • Safety, administrative, or operational reasons
  • Natural calamities or emergency situations
 

In such cases, visitors will be offered either:

  • A 100% full refund, or
  • An option to reschedule the booking to any available date

The choice between refund or rescheduling will be at the visitor’s discretion.
