Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Guests must provide correct personal details and a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmation is valid only after successful online payment.
• Confirmed bookings are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Reporting & Check-in

• Guests must report at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled safari / check-in time.
• Entry will be allowed only after verification of the digital ticket / booking confirmation and valid ID proof.
• Late reporting may lead to cancellation of the booking without any refund.

Guest Conduct & Safety Guidelines

Guests must strictly comply with:

• Instructions issued by the forest guide, driver, or management staff
• Assigned route, room, safari slot, and duration
• Wildlife protection rules and forest safety regulations

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Feeding, teasing, or disturbing wildlife
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or littering within the premises
• Use of drones, loud music, or noise-making devices
• Flash photography in restricted areas
• Stepping out of the vehicle or restricted zones without permission

Liability Disclaimer

• Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed.
• The management shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused due to natural events or unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests participate in safari or stay activities at their own risk and responsibility.

Changes, Cancellations & Modifications

• The management reserves the right to modify booking rules, timings, safari routes, room allocation, or vehicle arrangements without prior notice.
• Any updates or changes published on the official website shall be considered final and binding.
